The employees are always super nice, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help me find exactly what I need. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The whole experience, from the vibe inside to the service, is top tier. Definitely my go-to spot in the Berkshires! 🙌🔥

Potency is the best recreational dispensary in Massachusetts. They’re friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasant atmosphere. The prices on my favorite strains are better here than anywhere else and they always try really hard to accomodate any reasonable requests. Also, the staff is awesome
