I have had nothing but good experiences at potency specifically with the bud tender Cassidy she’s always wonderful, very friendly and she always seems to make the best suggestions. It’s nice to have someone who is so knowledgeable on the products when I’m going in not 100% sure what I’m looking for

Horrible experience Left a review for a penny, Pre roll and thought I could pick my own pre roll, but the lady felt uncomfortable to give me a 10 dollar pre roll and gave me the one that she preferred not acceptable
