Jocelyn and Jade were a huge help as always! Bob is always a pleasure, I stopped going to other dispensaries because the vibes are so high here! Even the big bosses like Tony and Terrence are awesome! Thanks for always taken care of me and my guys!

Absolutely love this place! Every time I stop by Potency in Pittsfield, I’m greeted with genuine smiles and great energy. The employees are always super nice, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help me find exactly what I need. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The whole experience, from the vibe inside to the service, is top tier. Definitely my go-to spot in the Berkshires! 🙌🔥

Potency is the best recreational dispensary in Massachusetts. They’re friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasant atmosphere. The prices on my favorite strains are better here than anywhere else and they always try really hard to accomodate any reasonable requests. Also, the staff is awesome

Wow! As soon as I walked in I could tell this dispensary was special. A live plant wall, a relaxed, chill vibe, and a friendly conversation at the counter. Ben greeted me and was just amazing, answering my questions and helping me find the right product. And the quality! Holy Beautiful Donuts, Batman! Yep. I finally found my home base.

There’s always good service good vibes. The prices are great. Can’t think of one thing that’s gone wrong the whole time I’ve been going there overall in my opinion I think it’s the best in the Berkshires.

Had a wonderful experience in potency today. Was first time getting pre-rolls, and got even more knowledge on what works best for someone who has a tolerance like me. Very knowledgeable employees, highly recommend this location.

This is my favorite dispensary in Pittsfield. I love their deli options and the staff are extremely friendly and it’s usually not that busy. This is one of the only dispensaries in Berkshire County that I now go to because I prefer their location prices and product.

Great atmosphere and wonderful customer help. Being a chemotherapy patient, your attendants have helped guide me to the right strains to help me with my seizures as well. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone who likes a friendly atmosphere. Thank you potency for your help

I recently branched out from my regular place and tried out Potency. I have been very impressed with their selection. I've tried things I've not seen at other dispensaries. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and their shop is welcoming. You should try them out!!!

I’ve been coming to potency’s bud dispensary for the past year after being in Pittsfield area they always have the best deals in the Berkshire the people are always down to earth and super helpful and the potency of the products are always on point

3 stars for the good selection and prices, but my least favorite of the Berkshire dispensaries. Very small but looks are deceiving. Confusing parking... either that or im tired this morning.

Another annoying thing was that they sell cheap due to expiring product like honey in northampton so ask for the expiration date on your products if you get anything on sale.

Service was slow on a Wednesday morning.

Short of those complaints, it's still better than any dispensary in Connecticut. Ill come here if the closer dispos don't have what I want.

Always great customer service. Wide variety of new strains always in stock and rotation as well as my favs and the classics. Staff picks and recommendations are always on point. Prices are matched with other companies in the area. Definitely top 3 of my go to dispensaries.

I go to Potency frequently. I feel like out of all the dispensaries I’ve been to in that area Potency is always consistent with the quality and best prices out of all other dispos. I drive here from Albany where there are dispos a plenty. If I’m gonna buy cannabis I want to trust where it’s coming from but also be able to afford it which around me is hard. So I make the drive out to the common wealth state and when I do I always go to Potency. hands down best dispo in the area. I been to all of em lol.

Ok so you know how Break my Heart by Dua Lipa is like, the most fire song of all time? This place has that vibe. Does that make sense? No? Why? Because I'm baked.
This place really is the best. Everybody is friendly. Super chill. It's like their mission is to get you on the same level. Free stickers. 400/10

High grade and good quality product. Definitely recommend it to people out there looking for a recreational dispensary in the area!!!! Need a valid id/license to enter. But prices are that bad at all and it’s right in Mass. Good S#&@ if I must say

Potency has a wide selection to choose from. The budkeeper knew her stuff and was very courteous and easy to work with. Great service. Celebrating 4/20 with all like mined or simply all cannabis lovers.
Had a pre-roll that I’ve never tried before, it was fantastic going back tomorrow and grabbing up a few more of those bad boys💜🥳🕉️

I love this place I get great deals on flower, and the editable is my favorite awesome prices for them. I told my brother about potency and the prices he couldn't believe it. Now my brother also buys flower when he comes into town. Great customer service they rock,Highly recommend going 🥰😍.

Their customer service is seriously the best. I had one issue with a half oz of some 24% pre-ground as far as taste. And they not only replaced it with a more expensive kind that was 33% but also gave me a full refund! That was a total G move on their part.

YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! I travel 3 hours from Long Island to Pittsfield because N.Y dropped the ball when it comes to weed. High prices, few dispensaries and inferior product
Even though I have to pay toll and gas it's still cheaper to do the trip.
Potency is my go to place.The brands, strains and prices, you offer are great and the customer service cordial and professional. Thanks and keep up the good work.

What a great store and staff one of the few places that had a deli style selection that you can buy from a gram to ounce the staff were incredible. I found one of the products that I purchase had a little issue, but they were glad to take it back without any hassle. I will definitely be going back there.

fantastic staff and the boss is really cool too lol. I only shop at POTENCY now after visiting several other dispensary. Every visit at POTENCY has been very friendly and very quick and the staff takes the time with each customer to make sure they are buying what they are looking for. POTENCY always carries very high-quality products which are priced reasonably with a good number of specials at low prices. Their deli-style flower is always fresh and lovely. POTENCY is really worth a try.
