Truffles by Tarah began from a lifelong dream of owning a chocolate shop, inspired by childhood passion and culinary expertise. Initially, this was supposed to be a "side hustle" but quickly realized that the time was right to start a business!

The unique flavors of Truffles by Tarah are inspired by the diverse bounty of the Berkshire Hills! With all the amazing food and beverages made here in the Berkshires, it's easy to take these amazing products and marry them with everyone's favorite dessert CHOCOLATE!

Tarah learned the art of making chocolate truffles during her culinary education at the Culinary Institute of America, where she honed her skills in baking and pastry.
